Wow, I generally don't like apartments and lofts in those towers (prefer a house) but I have to rate 5* though I will never use it due too many props (I prefer props for objects I see around LS, not hidden in a building ^^). But that must've been a bunch of work. I like the details, really.

@Trucktheusa Ive thought about it in the past but I actually checked it and it would be possible, I would need WAYYY more props than 2048 for it, all things I release I would have to be 100% confident in it and I don't think I would be in the house knowing that I would need more material/assets to finish

@ParkYongLee I agree with you on the house v. hidden loft in building mod but dont you think if you cant run this mod with 1040something props , how could you run a house mod like my private beach house mod? (thats almost 2000 props)

It is not that I could not run this loft itself, but I have things like tolls and enhanced police stations all over the map which use already >800 props, sometimes I load the garden map which comes with 1.1k props, too. I can run 2040 props but the fps will suffer badly, that's why I don't do so. (and that's why I don't load any house mod at all ^^)
I myself am using existing houses (empty, for sale) and place ~80 props around it (garden stuff, pool stuff, fences etc.) ;-)

@ParkYongLee with the tolls and enhancements, you can save them a c# code file and put it in the your scripts folder.. Then once you start the game, it becomes a part of the world.. It was included in a recent update of map editor

Ah that's what this was for. Let's see how the performance will be then, would be great if one could load up several >1k prop maps this way without the fps suffering.

amazing! only 2 problems, 1. The garage doesn't work for me, i enter it, fall into the void, then spawn someplace else, 2. There's no water in the pool... Although still fantastic!, great work!
