Also wanted to stop in to thank you for this must have mod - shame I have a G920 which causes that one known issue but the game with this mod is so frikkin awesome, can't play without now lol. Love it!
@Speeder3682000 I had it cause a crash too, Got the game to run again by disabling mods, launching, creating new save then re-enabling mods but this only worked after replacing the entire mod folder with a backup I made from yesterday, just replacing the file or the file it lives in for some reason gave the same crash....I had only changed the one file but reverting it to the backup of that didn't wanna play ball.
If someone could let me know what values would work to double the cars on the street and allow say 10 addons i would be greatly appreciative as I'll try editing the orig as Fullmetal1212 previously suggested :)

I just fixed my game crashing by disabling cloud saves, installed 3x traffic with no issues thereafter..
