To everyone not seeing the blips on the map, I found a solution. Atleast it worked for me. Everytime I wanted to exchange files in the GTA V directory, it asked for admin permissions and that's why it didnt work.
So what I did: right click the folder ''Grand Theft auto V'' -> properties -> securiy -> ''Edit" Button -> sewt everything to "allow"
