@Venator I installed via the package and tried a variety of different configs. I used yours, it crashed. I used NVE gameconfig mixed with some of your config settings and it crashed. I also used the latest limitless vehicles gameconfig mixed with some of your settings and it crashed. I have 2 vehicle mods that being the Batmobile 2022 and Quadra V Tech from NVE. Script mods I use JulioNIB's Batman and Superman mods, Single Player Apartments, Map Editor with updated Ped, Object and Vehicle lists and the usual NativeUI and iFruitAddon2. Graohics I use NVE and Reshade. And then Menyoo and Simple Trainer.
I have removed this mod and I am no longer crashing in the Downtown Area. I test this by teleporting to the Maze Bank roof and waiting for a couple of minutes.

My game keeps crashing when I'm in the Downtown area around Maze Bank and I'm fairly certain the mod is causing it however I'm not sure what to do.
