Alright, just tried again, camera is... working? So the cameras aren't broken. Alright. One recommendation though is to base the Yachts off of a different ship. I assume that when driving the Yachts you use another boat as a "base" with the Yacht's body on top. Based on how the Yachts drive you're using the Marquis as a base boat? Anyhow, I'd use the tug instead. It's slower, but it isn't pushed around by the water as easy so the front end of the ship won't constantly be dipping so far into the water. It just looks weird. Plus it turns way too quickly. The tug is a better option.
Overall, I'm quite impressed. Nice to see so many Online features being ported to SP. One thing I'd like to see fixed though is the camera when moving the vessel, if possible. That's the one reason I'm giving 4.5 stars.
Gotta say I'm impressed with this mod. I can tell there was a lot of work put into it (even says so in the description so yeah). The cars may take some getting used to thanks to the new handling characteristics but are better overall. It's nice to have cars act like they really should, i.e the Buffalo S being a bit tail happy or the Nero being able to do more than 170mph (with luck). It made the game a lot more interesting.
