My customized version of the penthouse located in Central Park Tower.
ADDITIONS: You need the following mod to fully enjoy this apartment:

Installation:
1. Download the mod and unzip it to your favorite location.
2. Drag the file (Central Park Tower Penthouse 1.0.xml) to the (menyooStuff/Spooner) folder in your GTAV folder.
3. In the game, go to the menyoo and (open spooner) menu, and click load.
4. Enjoy your expensive apartment. :D
