Can I place al18 folder directly in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks work? Do I need other third-party tools like openiv to use it?

I put al18 in the dlc folder according to the nonmod folder method, but how should I get the car in the game?

why can't NPC's get in the backseats?

I have installed so many mods but after adding this my game started crashing so try to fix it

I added the car in popgroups.ymt, for some reason the car Only spawns in black colour.
Do you know how to fix this?

Can you fix for 4 seat + in and out rear door ?
